DaytaTree provides school districts with a flexible, easy to use administration tool for effective end-to-end management of their student drug testing programs.

Collaboration

District drug testing coordinators, TPAs, Laboratories, Collectors, and Medical Review Officers can all be provided with access to the service as required to fulfill their part of the process. Student names can be completely hidden from third parties.

Pool Management – Students can be placed in pools based on sports participation, recreational activities, parking privileges, or whatever is required.

True Random Selection – Random selections are made on individual pools based on a percentage or number of students to be tested. Numbers of alternates can also be specified. This can be done by either the school district drug coordinator or their TPA.

Automatic Reporting – Notification and display of laboratory test results are automatically provided in real-time to the district coordinator. Parent and guardian letters are automatically generated as are summary and statistical reports as required by The Office of Safe and Drug-Free Schools and the Office of National Drug Control Policy.

Secure Record Keeping – All results are stored safely in a military grade secure facility. This means that unauthorized staff or students cannot gain access to, or tamper with, data. Records can be stored indefinitely or deleted as appropriate.

Low Cost, High Return – There is no software, hardware, or infrastructure to install, upgrade, or maintain and the service has a very low total cost of ownership. The time savings made by school district administration staff quickly pay for the cost of using the service.
