DaytaTree Pricing Policy

We operate our business from principles of integrity. For our service pricing, this means transparency, consistency and even-handedness. We treat all our business relationships, including our customers, staff, and suppliers as we would wish to be treated ourselves – with respect.

  • Our service pricing model is:
    1. Pay per test processed
    2. Pay less per test processed when you use the service more
      We believe that pricing per test processed is the fairest way because it just adds a small cost to each procedure and makes it easy for DaytaTree service users to control their budget.
  • We offer transparent published prices that are clearly shown on our Web site.
  • In the interest of fairness for all our customers we do not provide individual discounts on our published service pricing.
  • If we change our service pricing, then we change it for all customers – immediately.
  • We occasionally publish special offers with time restrictions that are open to all customers.
  • We do not tie in our customers to contracts of a specific duration. Our Software as a Service model means that we offer a highly functional, value for money service of the highest quality. Instead of contracts of specified duration, we offer our customers the opportunity to buy large volumes of tests in advance, which enables them to gain access to lower per test costs. (See Test Packs below)
  • Tests paid for in advance never lapse. This means that customers are free to take advantage of volume discounts without restrictions.
  • Full Refund Policy: We aim to provide excellent service at all times and if you are not happy with our service, we offer full refunds for any unused tests that have been paid for in advance under our pricing plan.
  • Tests are generally not transferable to other customers, except under special conditions.
  • We operate a Referral and a Reseller Loyalty Program for which we give sales commissions and other bonuses. (Details available on request, the cost per test procedure for DaytaTree’s customers is not affected).
  • Our preferred payment method is via a secure third-party online payment system. This means DaytaTree does not store or even have access to any of our customers’ banking details. It is possible to arrange payment via bank/wire transfer for customers that wish to purchase larger Test Packs.
