Main Agreement Terms

• You agree to evaluate DaytaTree's online drugs and alcohol testing software service and to provide DaytaTree with feedback here
• In return for providing this expert feedback, DaytaTree will provide the Service to your organization at preferential terms for up to two years, however your organization is under no obligation to use the service after the Early Access Program ends.
• Any Intellectual Property developed as a result of your feedback will be owned by DaytaTree.
• Your organization agrees to act as a reference customer for DaytaTree
