Redwood Toxicology Laboratory, a privately held drugs of abuse diagnostics and
testing company based in Santa Rosa, will be acquired for $99,000,000 in cash by Inverness Medical Innovations, Inc. (Amex: IMA) which hmakes rapid diagnostic products. Redwood had about $44 million revenue and was operating profitably.
