Probation Drug Testing Introduced By Court
All six courts in the Ninth Judicial Circuit will implement a mandatory random drug testing program as part of probation terms for drug offenders and other at-risk offenders, who will be ordered to take random drug tests and refrain from using illegal drugs as a condition of their probation. Offenders who test positive for drug use risk having their probation revoked.
